“Winnie” was referring to another time and place, and was keeping his contantly bombarded nation infused with courage.
Gee, it just doesn’t feel like the same thing with “W”. The underlying principles don’t mesh with the view that 50% of us have of ourselves. I don’t know what percentage of the British felt they should surrender to the Germans…
